Fusion Delicacy Sdn. Bhd. (“Porki”) would like to offer our privileged customers news and information regarding our products and services, including promotions, special offers and discounts. We are offering you the opportunity to become a member of the Porki Club (a "Member") to enjoy special privileges that Porki may offer from time to time.

As a Member you will be required to provide your mobile number, among other information we may require from you, in order to take advantage of special promotions and discounts offered to Members. This may be required online or by our restaurant staff depending on the circumstances. If you sign up at the point of sale at one of our outlets, one RM 30 Birthday e-voucher (available once per membership year with a minimum spending of RM 60 per transaction [before government taxes & service charge]) valid for use by the Member only on the Member’s birthday month, Members will have to provide further details on the Member’s Portal.
1.5 Amending personal data and terminating membership
You may amend your personal data or marketing preferences at any time via our Member’s Portal. You will need to inform us in writing at email@example.com should you choose to terminate your membership. Please allow a few working days for changes to take effect. Kindly be advised that there will be no refunds made and/or early issuance of any unused e-vouchers at the point of termination. Alternatively, your membership will automatically expire upon non-renewal of membership, and all balance Oriental Ringgit and/or unused e-vouchers will be deemed forfeited.

Membership is valid for lifetime. This membership is only valid at participating Fusion Delicacy Sdn. Bhd. companies in Malaysia. Please refer to the Member’s Portal for the list of participating outlets. Membership is strictly non-transferable and shall only be enjoyed by the Member in person.
1.8 Earning and expiry of Porki Point (PP)
As a member, Porki Point 1 (PP1) points will be awarded for every RM1* spent at any participating Porki’s outlets. Member must be physically present (proof of identification required – full name as per NRIC during sign up) at the point of dining. Combining multiple membership accounts or splitting the bill to earn PP is strictly not allowed. In the event network is down, points will be updated within 3 working days. The system may require up to one (1) working day to reﬂect the transactions, e-vouchers and earned PP.
1.9 Redemption of Porki Point (PP)
Member must be present (proof of identification required – full name as per NRIC during sign up) at point of dining in order to redeem any membership privileges. Member is required to sign off on the receipt to acknowledge the redemption(s) made. For every PP300 points earned, Member will receive a RM 30 cash e-voucher, valid for 6 months from date of issue and valid for use within membership period only. The cash e-voucher can be used to offset bill when spending at any participating Porki outlets. Combining multiple membership accounts or splitting the bill to redeem membership privileges is not allowed.
1.10 Termination and cancellation
We reserve the right to terminate the Member's membership if the membership account is found to be shared with another non-Member. We reserve the right to terminate your membership, in our absolute discretion, should you abuse any of the conditions and privileges bestowed on you as a Member. 2. Law and forum
This Membership Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Membership Agreement, (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysia courts.
